Light Adjustable Lens (LAL)

We are proud to be the first office in Union County to offer the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) for cataract surgery. The LAL is the only intraocular lens for cataract surgery that can be adjusted in the office after it has been placed in the eye. The adjustments are done by shining a special light on the lens and each treatment lasts less than two minutes. This allows for the most accurate and customizable result currently available.
