Dr. Raia & the technician were very professional, efficient, and clear in explaining how to do the tests and what the test results meant. When I asked Dr. Raia a question about a "nodule" (not sure the correct term) was on the computer screen, she explained what it was and why it was important to keep track of it. I waited less than 15 minutes and was done in 45 minutes.
